Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Policy All purchases made for training sessions with Sling It Coaching are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Session Usage Window You have 30 days from the date of purchase to use all sessions included in any package or bundle. Sessions do not roll over beyond the 30-day period unless you have purchased individual private sessions. Individually purchased private sessions do not expire and may be used at any time. For example, if you purchase a package on January 28, your sessions will remain valid until February 28. After that date, any unused sessions will be forfeited. Cancellations and Rescheduling If Coach Gil cancels a session, you will receive a rescheduled date or a credit for that session at no additional cost. If you are unable to attend a session, you may reschedule it at no extra charge, provided it is completed within the original 30-day usage window. Sessions not rescheduled and completed within the usage period will be forfeited. Scheduling and Communication Protocol As Sling It Coaching continues to grow, we are implementing structured systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. All inquiries regarding scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, or session-related questions must be directed to our Operations Manager, Sophia Vernig.
